Reoflex 2K acrylic enamel 4+1, Chocolate brown RAL 8017, 0.8 kg

Two-component acrylic enamel Reoflex Chocolate Brown RAL 8017 is designed for painting car bodies and plastic parts. The enamel has a high gloss, increased hiding power, strength and elasticity. Dries quickly. The paint is used only with a hardener, dries both with air drying (16 hours at 20 degrees) and in a painting chamber (45 minutes at 60 degrees). After drying, if necessary, acrylic enamel can be polished.

Substrates and Preparation: Factory-applied or primed finishes.
Degrease, abrade with p500 abrasive and degrease again.

Mixing ratio: 100:25:30 ml.
Acrylic enamel RX E-03: Hardener for acrylic enamel H-02/H-53: Thinner for acrylic paints and varnishes T-01/T-02.
Application: It is recommended to apply in 2 layers, using a spray gun with a 1.3-1.5 mm nozzle and a pressure of 2-4 bar.
Interlayer drying - 10 minutes. Recommended thickness 30 microns.
Drying: Air drying at +20° - 16 hours.
Forced drying at +60° - 30 minutes.
