Delivery Regular
- Delivery is carried out the next day after purchase, provided that the order is placed before 18:00.
- Delivery is carried out during time intervals from 09:00 to 18:00
- This type of delivery is not subject to weight restrictions.
- Preliminary notification of delivery is carried out by the courier one day before delivery and 1 hour before arrival at the specified address.
Same Day Delivery, not yet available
- Delivery is carried out on the day of purchase, provided that the order is placed before 12:00.
- Delivery is carried out during time intervals from 13:00 to 18:00.
- This type of delivery is not subject to weight restrictions.
- Preliminary notification of delivery is carried out by the courier 1 hour before arrival at the specified address.
Express Delivery in 2 hours using the Yandex Delivery service
- Delivery within 2 hours is carried out using the Yandex Delivery service.
- Order weight no more than 25 kg (Weight is indicated in the product characteristics).
- Delivery is carried out for fully paid goods (Online payment is available on the website when placing an order).
- The order is placed within the selected 2-hour time interval from 09:00 to 18:00.
- To receive the goods, the client must transfer the confirmation code to the courier.
- The code is sent in advance via SMS to the recipient’s phone number.
Cost of delivery
The cost of delivery within the city is from 1500 tenge , depending on the weight of the goods.
- Regular – from 1500 tenge (up to 25 kg), from 2500 tenge (over 25 kg).
- Day to day - from 4500 tenge.
- Express Yandex - from 2000 tenge.

Receiving goods from the courier
Before releasing the courier you must:
- Check the composition of your order and each item of the product separately (checking the product upon receipt takes no more than 15 minutes);

- If you have no complaints about the appearance and configuration of the goods, you must sign the “Order for delivery of goods” provided by the courier.
After signing the “Order for delivery of goods”, the buyer is independently responsible for the appearance and packaging of the goods after receiving them from the courier - complaints and claims are not accepted, the goods are not exchanged.
