6 piecesReoflex 240 White Cloud base enamel is designed to obtain spectacular coatings of metal and plastic parts of a car in the "Base + varnish" system. The base enamel provides good hiding power, is easy to apply, and has a short drying time. Base coatings are presented in ready-made colors of base enamels for Russian and imported cars.
Application conditions:
Optimum temperature + 20C.
Minimum temperature +15C.
Relative humidity no more than 75%.
Dilution:
Thinner for metallics, up to 30% of the enamel weight.
Viscosity when applied:
15-17 sec. at 20C according to BZ-4 (DIN Cup 4).
Application equipment:
Nozzle diameter: 1.2 - 1.5 mm.
Working pressure: 3.0 - 5.0 atm.
Number of layers: 2-3.
Coating thickness: 15-20 µm/2 layers.
Equipment cleaning: Solvent 646/647.
