Ceiling filter for a 21m*2m chamber

The ceiling filter is the second stage of air purification entering (supply) the paint booth with an average filtration class of M5/F5 or M6/F6. It is located directly on the ceiling of the paint booth, creating a downward laminar flow.

The main function of ceiling filters is to clean the air in the paint and drying chamber. The filter material of ceiling filters is capable of holding particles several times smaller than the thickness of a human hair, 4-5 microns in size. The thinner the fiber, the more of it in volume, the higher the cleaning class.

The use of filters in paint booths is very important, as microscopic dust particles can leave visible marks in fresh paint.
