Welding wire copper-plated ER70S-6-0.8mm (10kg)

This wire is used for welding structural steels with a tensile strength in the range of 500 MPa. Due to the thin copper layer, electrical contact is significantly improved, the product is not subject to corrosion.

Welding can be carried out in any spatial position, producing strong and even weld seams that are resistant to steam generation.

The wire welds perfectly in CO2, with minimal spatter. There are practically no spatters in the welding mixtures Ar-80% CO2-20% and Ar-92% CO2-8%, and there is no spatter when working at high currents of 250 A and higher ("jet metal transfer"). The low spatter coefficient reduces the costs of further processing of welded joints, which reduces the cost of production and increases its competitiveness in the market.

During the wire manufacturing process, multi-stage quality control is carried out. The material calibration is the same along the entire length, which ensures uniformity of product feed and stability of the welding arc.
