Substrates and surface preparation
ABS, fiberglass - degrease, treat with P500 abrasive or gray matting cloth, degrease.
Polypropylene and its modifications - degrease, apply plastic primer RX P-05.
It is recommended to apply in 2 salts, using a spray gun with a 1.4-1.6 mm nozzle and a pressure of 2.0-4.0 bar.
Interlayer interval - 10 minutes. Coating thickness - 40-60 microns.
Apply at a temperature of 10-30C and relative humidity up to 75%.
Drying: Air drying at 20C - 2 hours.
