Reoflex 1K Acrylic Primer, Gray, 1kg

One-component acrylic primer REOFLEX Acryl Sealer RX F-02 gray is designed for leveling and isolating repaired areas. It is characterized by a short drying time.
Substrates and surface preparation
Old coating – degrease, treat with P240 abrasive or red matting cloth, degrease.
PE putty - treat with P240 abrasive, degrease.
Aluminum, black, galvanized and stainless steel - degrease, apply phosphating primer RX P-04 or Epoxy primer RX P-03.
Mixing ratio: 2:1. Acrylic primer F-02: Thinner RX T-01/02.
Application: It is recommended to apply in 2-3 layers, using a spray gun with a 1.6-1.8 mm nozzle and a pressure of 2-4 bar.
Observe a waiting time of 5-10 minutes between layers.
Apply at a temperature of +15-30°C and relative air humidity up to 75%.
Air drying at +20°C - 30 minutes.
Forced drying at +60°C - 15 minutes.
