REOFLEX HS RX F-06 Primer Filler 4+1 is an effective two-component acrylic primer-leveler, designed for processing large surfaces. It can be applied to steel, aluminum, galvanized and stainless steel, as well as old paintwork. Air drying up to 4 hours at a temperature of 20 ° C. It is possible to use the primer using the "wet on wet" method.
Application: Nozzle diameter - 1.6 - 1.8 mm. (1.4 mm. for application by the "wet-on-wet" method); Pressure - 2-4 bar. Air drying at +20°C: 4 hours (30 minutes - for application by the "wet-on-wet" method). Subsequent coatings: acrylic enamels, alkyd enamels, base enamels. Number of layers: 2-3 (1 - for application by the "wet-on-wet" method). Thickness of one layer: 50-60 µm. (30 µm - for application by the "wet-on-wet" method). The pot life of the ready mixture is 1 hour at a temperature of 20°C. Mixing ratio by volume: 100:20 ml. Theoretical consumption: 1 l. per 10 m² (100 µm). Forced drying at + 60°C: 30 minutes. Mixing ratio by weight: 100:14 g.
