2K acrylic-urethane varnish with high solids, characterized by an ideal transparent layer.
Easy to apply, highly scratch resistant.
It has a high gloss, quickly hardens and gains final properties.
Characterized by high mechanical resistance.
Forms strong, polishable layers within a short time after curing.
Proportions: 2 ml (by volume) or 100 g (by weight),
Hardener: 1 ml (by volume) or 48.5 g (by weight)
Thinner: not required.
Layer thickness: 15-20 microns.
Number of layers: 2.
Drying: At 20°C - 2 hours, 60°C - 15-20 minutes. Infrared drying 7-10 minutes.
Waiting time before accelerated drying is 20-25 minutes.
Apply varnish only to a completely dry surface.
Do not use the activated product after the pot life has expired, do not dilute the thickened material.
Do not mix activated material with non-activated material.
Do not exceed the recommended coating thickness.
Observe mixing proportions, drying time, and material application requirements.
